Supplier Assurance Project Support Manager

Hybrid (1 day per week in the office)
Full time 37.5 hours
FTC 6 Months
Salary: £56,000 to £70,000 per annum DOE

As a Supplier Assurance Project Support Manager, you’ll play an important role in helping us manage how we work with suppliers across our organisation. Your work will help ensure our partners meet the standards we expect, supporting safe, compliant and high-quality services for our customers.
You’ll be part of a collaborative team, working across functions to support supplier assurance activity and deliver key projects. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact, working on meaningful initiatives while building your experience in risk, governance and supplier management.
How you’ll help us make health happen
As a Supplier Assurance Project Support Manager, you will:
1. Support the planning and delivery of supplier assurance and risk management projects
2. Help track and report on supplier compliance with required standards and controls
3. Work with internal teams and suppliers to support assurance activities
4. Maintain accurate records and documentation relating to supplier performance
5. Assist with audits, reviews and reporting activities
6. Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
7. Support stakeholders by providing clear updates and insights
8. Ensure all activities meet internal policies and regulatory requirements
Key Skills/Qualifications needed for this role
9. We’re looking for a Supplier Assurance Project Support Manager who:
10. Has experience in project support, risk, supplier management or governance
11. Demonstrates strong organisational skills and attention to detail
12. Can manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
13. Has good communication skills and builds strong working relationships
14. Is comfortable working with data and reporting information clearly
15. Shows a proactive and solution-focused approach
16. Is confident working both independently and as part of a team
17. Relevant experience in healthcare, financial services or regulated environments would be beneficial, but not essential.
