Susie Watson Designs are looking for a Store Manager to lead the team in our beautiful furniture, fabric, and interiors store in Marlow. Susie Watson Designs is a family-owned business who treat staff and customers as individuals in a warm inclusive environment. Our managers lead by example delivering outstanding service, meeting store and company objectives and supporting and encouraging the team to be brand ambassadors. Keeping customers at the heart of everything we do.
In order to consistently accomplish that, you will:
- Guide, support and motivate a dedicated design team
- Coach, train and develop new and existing team members to become brand ambassadors
- Ensure operational excellence throughout the store and behind the scenes
- Maintain breath-taking visual merchandising and store presentation
- Be detailed, numerate and computer literate
As a positive and confident person, you'll have a proven ability in leading a team in a managerial role, ideally from a home lifestyle or interiors brand. You'll be passionate about our brand with a clear commitment to helping us drive forward the business forward. Our Knutsford store was designed by us to showcase our handmade, beautifully designed product in room sets where inspiration abounds and provides a harmonious and beautiful working environment in an amazing space.
Hours of work 40 hours over 5 days Monday to Saturday to include a share of Saturdays.

Founded by Susie Watson herself our company opened its first store in 2008 in Marlborough near Susie's home. We have grown to 10 successful stores from Tunbridge Wells in the South to Knutsford and Harrogate in the North. Our ethos remains the same, we specialise in making houses into homes and Susie's belief that good design never gets old.
