We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our strong Maintenance Team.
Responsibilities
* Perform general maintenance duties, including apartment turnovers and upgrades
* Address basic HVAC and plumbing issues
* Assist with snow removal and basic landscaping tasks
* Ensure a safe and well-maintained environment for
* On call rotation
Skills and Qualifications
* Previous experience in maintenance or a related field
* Basic knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems
* Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Requirements
PREPARATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
Additional training in the trades is .
A valid driver’s license and clean driving record in required.
The ability to pass a criminal background check.
Working Conditions / Physical Demands
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to read, write and communicate in English is required.
Ability to lift 50 pounds or more on occasion may be required.
Will be required to lift heavy items on occasion and assist in moving large and heavy objects.
This position may require standing, sitting, or kneeling for prolonged periods of time and occasionally require working in hard-to-reach areas.
