colleagues. The Head of Housekeeping role is a fundamental role in our homes in
creating a caring and family environment so our residents can enjoy a happy and
comfortable life.
What you will be doing:
* Ensure an excellent environment is provided for our
residents at all times.
* Clean all areas of the home.
* Ensure a hazard free environment.
* Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene
throughout the premises.
* Assist with stock taking and storage of stock, including checking
deliveries.
* Advise the housekeeper or responsible officer when
consumables need to be restocked.
* Assist in ensuring a high level of health and safety,
cleanliness and hygiene is maintained.
* Assist with the preparation of the lounge, dining room or other
communal areas.
* Disposal of refuse/waste.
* Assist with the organisation of resident clothing for
laundry.
* Accident reports.

others.
* Confident and able to make responsible choices and decisions.
* Able to direct staff in a positive manner and work well in a
small team.
