We are looking for a Client Account Manager (CAM) to be responsible fordeveloping, maintaining and expanding relationships with our clients.
The Client Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships,overseeing social media and digital marketing campaigns, and ensuring thesuccessful execution of strategies that drive engagement, conversions, and ROI. Asthe key liaison between clients and internal teams, the role requires a blend ofstrategic thinking, project management, and digital marketing expertise.
Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and serve as a main point of contactfor assigned clients. Sales & Revenue Growth: Identify new business opportunities forupselling and cross-selling services. Strategic Planning: Develop account proposals to meet client needsand business goals. Client Service Level: Act as the main point of contact for clients,ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Understand clientgoals, brand positioning, and target audiences to craft tailored digitalstrategies. Provide regular updates, reports, and strategicrecommendations. Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and manage social mediamarketing campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram,Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). Oversee paid mediastrategies, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and influencercollaborations. Customer Support & Problem-Solving: Act as a liaison betweenclients and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Campaign project Management ensuring the smooth delivery ofdigital marketing and social campaigns Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends,competitor activities, and client challenges. Collaboration: Work closely with the team to develop client-focused solutions. Industry & Trend Monitoring - Stay updated on digital marketingtrends, emerging platforms, and competitive landscape. Educateclients on new opportunities in digital marketing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in digital marketing, account management orbusiness development in the media or agency sector. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyse data and develop strategic account plans. Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities. Experience with CRM software and sales tools. Strong presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and campaignssimultaneously. Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
