Requirements
The role
As a SME, you will perform the following tasks.
1. Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP FICO processes across Finance and Controlling domains and integration with sales, supply chain, and operations systems.
2. Drive blueprinting, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, etc.).
3. Oversee integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, HR) and third-party systems.
4. Ensure adherence to governance, risk, and compliance standards.
Requirements
5. Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
6. Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences
7. Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in country’s official language(s) (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency), project-related mobility/willingness to travel
8. Have prior experience in the design and delivery of SAP FICO solutions in complex environments
9. Have experience with SAP FICO business integration for consolidated reporting across multiple business units, channels, and geographies
10. Act as the go-to SME on SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, CO, COPA, AA, PCA) and business integration points with other SAP components
Qualifications:
11. 10+ years in management consulting or enterprise finance transformation, with 5+ years of hands-on SAP FICO and Business Integration
12. Expertise in SAP FICO configuration (GL, AP, AR, COPA, AA, Cost Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, etc.)
13. Familiarity with S/4 HANA Finance is highly desirable
