Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cladding Contracts Manager, located in Chester. The role includes overseeing contracts related to roofing and cladding projects, managing projects from inception to completion, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards. The Contracts Manager will liaise with clients, coordinate with contractors, manage project budgets, schedules, and ensure health and safety protocols are followed. This is an opportunity to lead and influence high-quality outcomes across key projects.
