Within our programme, there will be opportunities to rotate through different teams and projects to help grow your knowledge, skills and behaviours. **What We’re Looking For**We’re looking for graduates with a degree in **Project Management, Business, Science, or Engineering** who are ready to take their first step into a career delivering complex and meaningful projects .You’ll be someone who enjoys: Bringing people together Solving problems Seeing ideas through from concept to completionWith strong communication and organisational skills, you’ll be comfortable managing multiple priorities, building relationships, and keeping teams aligned. A keen eye for detail and a proactive mindset will help you spot challenges early and find practical solutions.Above all, you’ll be **motivated to learn, grow, and make an impact ** in a fast-paced environment where collaboration and initiative are key. **Additional Information**To join our Graduate Scheme, you must be a **UK sole national** and a **UK resident**, as this is required for the type of work we do.
