ROLE: Purchase Ledger Clerk
HOURS: 08:30 - 17:00 Monday - Friday - 6 Month FTC
SALARY: £23,809 - £26,122 dependent on experience, plus benefits

Due to continued growth, we are delighted to be recruiting for an additional Purchase Ledger on a 6 Month fixed term contract to support the daily Ledger function, based out of our Clover Nook Site, Somercotes, Alfreton. Once trained, this will become a hybrid role split between working from home, and working from our Clover Nook Site, in Alfreton.
WHAT OUR PURCHASE LEDGER CLERKS DO:
1. Processing daily Purchase Ledger documents
2. Co-ordinating the authorisation of invoices and the progression of related queries
3. Statement reconciliations
4. Submission of monthly accruals to ensure costs are captured in the correct month
5. Providing assistance to the overall finance function when necessary
6. Dealing with your own customer account base if inter-company accounts
