What is the role about?
The Centre Administrators play a key role in supporting Service Leaver experience. You will be the initial point of contact for welcoming Service Leavers onto the Career Transition Partnership, ensuring that Service Leavers are supported with registration to their Digital Platform accounts and onboarding. The role also supports Service Leavers with general queries about CTP and assists with the administration of the Resettlement Centre.
Responsibilities
* Administration
o Accurately capture all required Service Leaver and programme data.
o Upload programme activities to the Digital Platform for Career Transition/Job Skills Workshops.
o Manage a high volume of confidential Service Leaver data and information in accordance with GDPR and Data Privacy.
o Prepare classrooms for Workshops and Courses.
o Conduct monthly stock takes of materials and stationery.
o Support ad‑hoc site requirements, such as escorting individuals to the centre.
o Provide ad‑hoc administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the Centre.
* Customer Service
o Call Service Leavers within five working days of referral to promote the benefits of CTP, provide initial support, ensure they have registered their account and booked a Workshop.
o Support Service Leavers in accessing and using the Digital Platform.
o Respond to ad‑hoc queries via telephone, email, and in‑person, and sign‑post to appropriate support.
o Address general enquiries within the centre.
o Use and promote the Digital Platform, sign‑posting and supporting Service Leavers to access appropriate services.

Essential Criteria
* Demonstrable experience delivering high‑quality customer service and maintaining high levels of professionalism and credibility in all communication with internal and external stakeholders.
* Strong organisational and administrative skills with an ability to work to set targets.
* Confidence using Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Digital Platforms.
* Demonstrable experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* High standard of advocacy and interpersonal skills.
* Attentive to detail.
Screening Criteria
* Security clearance is required; applicants must have lived in the United Kingdom for the past 5 years and be able to evidence this.
* Minimum of 2 A‑Levels or an equivalent Level3 Diploma.
* GCSE English Language at a minimum of a GradeB (or equivalent Level2 qualification).
* Or achievement of a Level2 Literacy Assessment at interview stage.

* Knowledge of the Armed Forces.
