A role with impact

We are currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join us and lead the Southern team for Urology & ENT sales. As Ambu UK&I continues its amazing growth journey, we're looking for a leader who can further accelerate growth, both in business, within and team and for the customers we serve. We have a strong Business Unit Strategy in place and just need you to succeed!

You will collaborate both with your team and the Sales Director, UKI – Urology & ENT to achieve sales growth and profit targets, requiring your strong strategic and sales leadership skills combined with the ability to deliver results through an inspired and motivated team.


Suggested candidate profile

Setting you up for success is one of our cornerstones. In order to do so, we imagine you bring experience in MedTech sales leadership and have previously owned and operated the development and execution of the regional sales plan (budget) including monthly, quarterly and annual sales & profit forecasts. As we'd rather drive change than wait for it, it's evident that you frequently assess the training and development needs of the regional sales team and implement appropriate training strategies based on accompanied field visits.


Responsibilities

* Deliver Regional and Business Unit Measurable Objectives.
* Providing forecast and business updates when applicable.
* Ensure pricing, agreements and contracts strategy developed and maintained across the team.
* High field activity including mentorship, coaching, on the job training and shadowing of Territory Managers.
* Identify target account profiles and Key Stakeholders execution of the sales process for each product segment, ensuring the success of the total portfolio.
* Constantly assess the training and development needs of the regional sales team and implement appropriate training strategies based on accompanied field visits.
* Ensure the CRM database is relevant and up to date.
* Work collaboratively with the Sales Director, UKI – Urology & ENT to plan and implement sales strategies.
* Work with the Sales Director, UKI – Urology & ENT to manage key customer and supplier relationships as directed.
* Travel frequently in the UK, and extensively across the relevant region – to support and develop the Sales Team, on average 3 to 4 coaching days a week.
* Attend conferences and national sales meetings.
