Based out of HQ in Mansfield, the Sales Executive/telesales professional will develop new business opportunities and manage existing key accounts. You must be an ambitious hard-working individual with drive and a passion for all things sales. Key Sales Executive responsibilities: Develop strategies to attract new clients and retain existing customers. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or consumables. Research and identify potential clients through cold calling, networking and referrals Qualify leads from direct enquiries and telesales, convert them into active customers. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and events to promote the company's range of products. Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to the customer's needs. Conduct product/service demonstrations, highlighting benefits and features. Provide feedback to the product development team regarding client needs and preferences. Assist in developing promotional campaigns or special offers. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and deal status in the CRM. Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Provide weekly/monthly sales reports to the management team. Personal Specification Sales Executive: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Minimum two years' experience in sales role (outgoing calls). A ?go getter? with proven sales/telesales experience. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Be organised, self-motivated and have the ability to prioritise workload. Computer literate.
