Salary: £70,000 - £85,000 plus package

National Housebuilder with a reputation for delivering large scale complicated sites with a mix of housing types that include flats, semi detached and detached houses and townhouses urgently require a Senior Land Manager to identify and acquire Sites that are consented, STP or unconditionally through their network of agents.
Sites will be from 100 units – 1000 units and can be acquired a number of ways to ensure the National Housebuilder gets the deal with a board that is able to act very quickly if the deal is right. Areas of operation include North West London, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Oxfordshire.
The ideal candidate will be from a land acquisitions background and have at least 4 years post graduate experience as well as being a pro-active worker with a keen eye for a good deal.
