Overview
Adult Social Care Occupational Therapist based in Stafford. This role offers flexible working, a fair caseload, and opportunities for professional development in adult social care and reablement services.
Responsibilities
* Experience required working with Adults
* Reviewing care packages and provision of moving and handling equipment
* Complete Care Act assessments
* Assess individuals and carers with complex needs in the home environment
* Recommend and coordinate equipment and adaptations
* Undertake manual handling assessments
* Work in line with safeguarding procedures, promoting dignity and respect
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years post-qualified experience
* Previous experience as a community-based Occupational Therapist
* Manual handling expertise
* HCPC Registration
* Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can assist)
* Eligibility to work in the UK
* Must have own vehicle and full UK driving licence
