Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and versatile Technical Business Analyst & Account Manager to join our growing hospitality tech business. PocketPOS delivers digital solutions to restaurants and takeaways, including ePOS systems, online ordering, table bookings, kiosks, and scan-to-order services.
In this role, you will take responsibility for both technical systems coordination and client account management. You will ensure smooth IT operations, support in-house system development, and provide hands-on technical support to clients. At the same time, you will manage customer accounts, deliver excellent service, and help strengthen client relationships.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of technology and customer success, with the ability to combine IT expertise, problem-solving, and account management skills in a fast-growing company.
Key Responsibilities
* Systems Coordination: Manage internal IT systems, workflows, and technical processes to ensure business continuity.
* Customer Technical Support: Provide frontline and advanced technical support to clients, resolving hardware, software, and SaaS issues.
* System Development & Automation: Contribute to in-house management system improvements using programming and AI tools (e.g., Cursor AI).
* Account Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and identifying opportunities for growth.
* Data Analysis: Collect and interpret client and operational data to improve service delivery and decision-making.
* Project Coordination: Support system rollouts, client onboarding, feature updates, and technical integrations.
* Process Improvement: Propose and implement improvements to support systems, documentation, and IT operations.
* Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with operations, technical, and support teams to deliver seamless client service.
* Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate technical records, client documentation, and ensure compliance with internal standards.
Skills & Qualities
* Technical Expertise: Experience in IT systems, programming, or automation tools (e.g., Cursor AI).
* Programming Skills: HTML + JavaScript + NodeJS, Angular, .NET, SQL Database etc.
* Customer Service & Account Management: Strong background in client-facing roles with excellent communication skills.
* Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly.
* Data Analysis: Comfortable working with data to identify insights and improvements.
* Collaboration: Strong teamwork and coordination skills across departments and with external clients.

Experience & Education
* 2+ years in IT business analyst, technical support, or account management (preferred).
* Experience in SaaS, hospitality tech, or customer-facing IT services (preferred).
* Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline (preferred).
