JobSummary:
* To haveoverall responsibility for the productivity and profitability ofthe service engineers within theregion.
* Promote and adhere to safe workingpractices following all relevant safety guidelines regulations andprocedures.
* Regional responsibly for thedelivery of all servicerelated activities (maintenance callouts andremedial works) and ensure KPI & SLA performance is adheredto.
* Support contracts start up andmobilisation.
* Build and maintain strongcustomer relationships.
* Demonstrate knowledgeand compliance to industry regulations.
Responsibilities:
* Todrive KPI & SLA performance through working with theService Hub.
* To liaise with the labourcontrollers daily to maximise operational scheduling and control ofengineers.
* To drive a positive QHSE attitudeand participation of the team (including but not limited to Hazard& Near Miss reporting).
* Ensure thecorrect reporting of any Health & Safety incidents as percompany policy and guidelines.
* Audit engineersand promote excellent safe working practices in line with companyclient & industry guidelines.
* Tomanage the development of the engineering team through regularreviews and the identification of training needs mentoring andsupport.
* Promote positive CQR performance anddrive engagement within the engineering team.
* To be responsible for managing local HR issuesincluding disciplinary recruitment and staffretention.
* To have regular client facingmeetings and ensure first class servicedelivery.
* Monitor and drive client complianceacross the region to ensure contractual fulfilment through the useof compliance tools and reports.
* Understandingon regional and business fiscal targets.
* Regular internal communications betweendifferent departments
* To be available for outof hours escalation as per the agreed callout rota

Experience:
Experiencewithin the Fire & Security industry understandingindustryspecific practices regulations and customerexpectations.
