About the Role
We are working with a number of secondary schools across Salford, Bolton, and Bury who are seeking enthusiastic and committed Science Teachers to join their teams from September 2026.
These full-time positions offer opportunities within supportive and forward-thinking schools, where you will deliver engaging Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with potential to teach your specialism (Biology, Chemistry or Physics) at Key Stage 5.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver high-quality Science lessons across KS3 and KS4
* Inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential
* Assess, monitor, and report on student progress
* Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
* Contribute to departmental planning and school initiatives
* Support the wider school community and extracurricular activities
The Ideal Candidate
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Strong subject knowledge across the Science curriculum
* Excellent classroom management and communication skills
* Passionate about education and student success
* Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* ECTs and experienced teachers are encouraged to apply
