Panoramic Associates are seeking a dynamic leader to help oversee a well-established residential home for adults with learning disabilities in Kent. This interim role offers a unique opportunity to lead a dedicated team, ensure high-quality care, and drive positive outcomes for residents during a period of transition.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring compliance with CQC standards
* Lead, motivate, and support a team of care professionals
* Implement and maintain high standards of care and safeguarding
* Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively
* Liaise with families, professionals, and external agencies
* Drive continuous improvement and person-centred planning
About You
* Registered Manager experience in a learning disabilities setting
* Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding practices
* Proven leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities
* NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) preferred
* Able to hit the ground running and bring stability and vision during a key period
