Experience in Import freight and Ocean Export freight Knowledge in the use of HMRC CDS clearances would be preferable Experience of using FF systems e.g. Cargoes, Actifreight, MCP, CNS etc Ability to interact with customers and resolve issues Working under pressure Freight Forwarding Coordinator : Responsibilities
Completing full customs entries Experience of dealing with suppliers inc. Hauliers and Shipping Lines Arranging movements via Shipping lines/Agents/Hauliers Quoting new and existing customers Account management of various specific customers Invoicing customers for services and passing invoices from suppliers for services provided Overseeing the process from start to finish About Us
