Starting Salary: £40,000 plus Monthly Bonus averaging £5,000 pa.

Role Summary:
As a Screening Nurse at The Mole Clinic, you will be integral to our patient-centered approach, delivering top-tier care. You will benefit from our exceptional training programs, including our RCN-accredited course, and contribute significantly to our clinic's success and highly regarded reputation. Previous dermatology experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting routine skin screenings and assessments.
* Maintaining accurate patient records.
* Collaborating with leading consultant dermatologists and plastic surgeons.
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines.
Qualifications and Experience:
Required: Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid NMC PIN and minimum 2 years post-qualification experience – dermatology experience not required.
Skills and Competencies:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Hours and Environment:
* 8am - 5pm or 10am - 7pm Monday - Friday; 9am - 4pm on Saturday.
* Work in a bright, modern and conveniently located clinic.
Salary and Benefits:
* A competitive starting salary of £50,000 per annum.
* Additional Performance Related Pay (PRP) averaging £5,000 per annum.
* NMC annual retention fee paid by The MOLE Clinic.
