Role Overview
As a Sales Assistant, you’ll provide exceptional customer service and work independently or as part of a team to maintain our store standards. We want our customers and colleagues to be proud of their experiences with us, whether it’s their first job, first day at school, or first birthday.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers
2. Replenish stock and ensure the store remains tidy and inviting
3. Maintain high standards of display and visual merchandising to help customers find what they need
4. Support colleagues and be a team player
