You as the Restaurant Manager –
* Will have experience in full control of restaurant operations.
* Will naturally organise and proactively ensure the smooth running of the restaurant.

* Will enhance, motivate and train your team for the benefit of themselves and the business.
* Can communicate exceptionally at all levels with Guest, Clients, Staff and Suppliers

The Typical Responsibilities of our Restaurant Manager will be –
* Administrative duties (Rotas, Ordering and Supplier Communication)

* Maintaining a strong working relationship with the back of house team, working closely with the Head Chef to ensure guest satisfaction.
