Quantum Scholars are working alongside a secondary school in North Hampshire who are seeking to appoint a Science Teacher on a full-time, permanent basis from September.

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a candidate who:
* Has strong UK teaching experience across KS3 and KS4
* Is passionate about teaching Science
* Demonstrates a commitment to high-quality teaching and learning
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* A degree in a Science-related subject
* Proven experience teaching Science at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students
* Must have a full right to work in the UK - no sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging and effective Science lessons
* Assess, monitor, and report on student progress
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
* Support students of all abilities to reach their full potential
* Contribute to the development of the Science curriculum
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and participate in school initiatives
