Investigate and respond to enquiries made by the Local Government Ombudsman (LGO). Carry out investigations in line with the Council’s overall vision, values, and strategic aims, ensuring excellent customer service is delivered. Provide high-quality service in terms of clerking and providing advice to the Tenancy and Leaseholders Arbitration Tribunals in accordance with the legal framework, Tribunals Rules, and Procedures. Person Specifications Must Have Experience in handling complex complaints and investigations. Strong understanding of the Council's vision, values, and strategic aims. Ability to deliver excellent customer service. Familiarity with legal frameworks, Tribunals Rules, and Procedures. Nice to Have Experience working with the Local Government Ombudsman (LGO). Background in clerking or providing advice to arbitration tribunals.
