As a Sales Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer service, maximize fragrance and skincare sales, and drive operational efficiencies. About the Role:
* Support the store management team across all product areas, including back of house and store operations.
* Build and manage a successful team to meet sales targets, ensure accurate stock processes, and maintain a safe, efficient environment.
* Create an engaging store atmosphere, inspiring your team to excel and representing the Bath & Body Works brand.
* Lead by example in commercial and operational activities, adapting to change and working closely with your team.
* Maintain up-to-date and accurate communication to meet business needs.
