The successful candidate will be hands-on, commercially minded, and confident in leading financial strategy, planning, and reporting. This role offers significant scope for impact and long-term career progression within a growing business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day financial operations and lead on all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
* Provide financial insight and analysis to support business planning and strategic decision-making
* Work closely with department heads to gather forecasts and provide performance analysis
* Report directly to the board, highlighting financial trends, opportunities, and potential risks
* Play a key role in developing smarter systems, improved processes, and a more efficient financial structure
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar finance role within a business
* A dynamic and hands-on approach, with the confidence to operate at both operational and strategic levels
* Proven ability to streamline financial processes and implement new systems
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work across teams and at board level
Salary & Benefits:
This position is offering a competitive salary in the region of £45,000 - £55,000. Our client is committed to rewarding performance and supporting career progression, with further long-term benefits and incentives available.
