Key responsibilities
* Lead on engagement with the UK Government and key stakeholders on aerosol-specific and associated regulations
* Represent BAMA on UK and international panels, including those focussed on GHS, transport, and environmental issues
* Drive BAMA’s input into work on EU and UN regulations, ensuring our members’ interests
* Monitor global regulatory developments and develop guides to support member companies’ growth in export markets.
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience in regulatory affairs
* A background in, or knowledge of the aerosol industry
* Knowledge of how Government operates and lobbying
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to translate regulations into actionable guidance
* Experience in training delivery and technical support.
What we offer
* Hybrid working with weekly visits to the BAMA offices in Stevenage essential. Travel to London and occasional international travel
* Salary £40 - £60K per annum, dependent on experience
