* Supporting pupils with a range of SEND needs, including autism, SEMH and communication differences
* Helping young people regulate emotions and access learning in a way that feels safe and achievable
* Working closely with teachers, therapists and the SENCo to deliver tailored support
* Using your Psychology insight to spot patterns, build trust and understand behaviour as communication
* Encouraging independence, confidence and small-but-mighty steps forward every day

* A Psychology graduate who enjoys working directly with young people
* Someone calm, thoughtful and patient, especially during tricky moments
* A good listener who can build relationships quickly
* A team player who wants to learn from experienced SEN practitioners
* Any experience with SEND, youth work or mental health support is a bonus, but not essential
