Summary
As an HGV 2 Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of goods, reporting directly to your Transport Operator. This role requires a Category C Licence. You will be covering multi-drop deliveries in a 18/26 tonne vehicle predominantly around the Essex & East London area, but we do cover the whole of the UK. The capacity to do nights out is preferred but not essential. You will be allocated your own vehicle.
Your core skills in driving and commercial driving will be essential, while your premium skills in curtain side operations will enhance your effectiveness. Excellent communication is required at all times, as well as good punctuality and a willing to do attitude. Strong communication skills and relevant delivery driver experience will ensure timely and accurate deliveries, making you a vital part of our logistics team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
* Operate HGV 2 vehicles safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with traffic regulations.
* Deliver goods to various locations, maintaining a timely schedule.
* Perform pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and functionality.
* Communicate effectively with your operator and customers where necessary, regarding delivery status.
* Handle curtainside loads securely and adhere to proper loading procedures.
* Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation as required.
