About You
We’re searching for high-spirited, fun-loving multi-taskers who thrive on learning and collaborating with a vibrant team. Don’t worry if you lack experience; we’re more interested in your positive attitude and your desire to make a difference for our guests. We’ll provide all the training you need!
As a Team Member + 1, your week will kick off with cleaning our accommodations on Mondays and Fridays, followed by working in another area for the rest of the week. No two days will be the same, and you’ll relish the variety of engaging with different team members and guests.
Whether you’re seeking a temporary role or envisioning a long-term career with Butlin’s, this position offers the perfect opportunity to gain hands-on experience in our most guest-facing areas.
