We’re expanding our Customer Service team at Concentrix and we’re on the hunt for team players and go-getters to join us at our buzzing Bredbury Site!

As a Customer Service Advisor on our team, no day is the same. You’ll have the opportunity to diversify your experience in the industry by dealing with, diagnosing, and solving a range of issues and queries from our customers.
From troubleshooting technical glitches to billing queries, service support, guiding customers through products or features, and identifying sales opportunities through lead generation.
As the first point of contact, you’ll engage in diverse conversations with customers to understand their goals, challenges, and needs, and guide them through service excellence.
To succeed, you’ll need to be an excellent communicator who can hear what is not being said and proactively offer solutions with empathy. We want people eager to learn and quick on the uptake. Your main priority will be to maintain or improve an excellent customer experience.

Your Qualifications

* Are proficient in English (oral and written)
* Are flexible to work shifts between 7:45 am – 9 pm from Monday to Friday and 7:45 am – 8 pm on Saturday and Sunday
* Can commit to 100% training attendance to ensure you are fully prepared for your role
* Have a curiosity to identify customer's needs and make product/service recommendations through lead generation
* Embrace technology and have proficient computer literacy skills
* Can navigate multiple systems effectively and efficiently
* Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
