Beauty Creative Director Role – Part Time (2 Days per Week)

Lucy is partnering with a fast-growing, design-led consumer brand group to appoint a part-time Creative Director who will act as the creative compass for the business.
This is a rare opportunity to shape and elevate multiple premium lifestyle and beauty brands at a strategic level, working two days per week in a high-impact, senior leadership capacity.
The business has recently invested in strengthening its internal creative capability, and this role sits at the centre of that evolution. You will define the creative standard, sharpen brand expression, and ensure everything released into the world feels contemporary, distinctive and culturally relevant.
This position is about creative vision rather than operational management.
You'll work closely with brand leadership and strategy teams, bringing bold thinking and refined taste to brand worlds, campaigns, packaging, and multi-channel storytelling. While commercial accountability sits within brand teams, your remit is to elevate the work ensuring it is braver, more magnetic, and creatively best-in-class.
Your influence will stretch across concept development, brand evolution, content direction, and high-level campaign execution. You will also mentor and inspire embedded design teams, raising standards without micromanaging.

Creative Vision & Direction
Define and evolve creative direction across multiple consumer brands
Establish a cohesive and aspirational brand world across campaigns, product, and content
Bring global references and cultural insight to raise creative ambition
Ensure creative consistency and excellence across all touchpoints
Creative Development & Partnership
Strengthen early-stage thinking and unlock stronger conceptual potential
Partner with brand and strategy leads to align creativity with commercial intent
Shape high-level campaign and product storytelling direction
Provide clear, constructive creative critique and refinement
Leadership & Inspiration
Act as a creative mentor and sounding board for designers
Run inspiration sessions and raise creative standards across teams
Foster a culture of taste, curiosity and modern thinking
Influence senior stakeholders to see creativity as a commercial advantage
What We're Looking For
8+ years' experience in senior brand or creative leadership roles
Background within beauty, lifestyle, fashion, consumer brands or agency environments
A portfolio that demonstrates strong creative authorship and elevated craft
Experience guiding multiple brands or categories simultaneously
Clear creative point of view and exceptional visual judgement
High emotional intelligence and confidence influencing senior stakeholders
A collaborative leader who inspires without ego
