Salary: up to £110,000+ Plus Bonus + Progression

The Opportunity This is a rare opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor or Corporate Associate Solicitor to step into a pivotal role within an established and growing Corporate & Commercial team.

You will handle your own matters, support on larger transactions, supervise junior lawyers, and play a genuine role in shaping the departments growth.

The Role As a Corporate Solicitor, your responsibilities will include:
Managing your own caseload of corporate transactions from start to finish.
Advising on mergers and acquisitions, share sales and business disposals.
Drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements and corporate governance documents.
Advising on company restructures and reorganisations.
Supporting on larger and more complex transactions led by the Partner.
Supervising and mentoring junior solicitors and trainees.
Assisting with client relationship management and business development.
Becoming a key part of the long term leadership structure.

Requirements To be considered for this Corporate Solicitor role, you will have:
Qualification as a Solicitor in England and Wales.
Ideally 3 to 6 years PQE in Corporate Law, although strong candidates outside this range will be considered.
Experience managing corporate transactions independently.
Strong technical knowledge of corporate and commercial law.
Confidence dealing directly with clients.
Interest in mentoring junior colleagues.
Ambition to progress into a senior leadership role.
Candidates with business development experience or an existing network will be particularly attractive, although this is not essential.
