Sous Chef - 4★ Hotel Bridgwater £32,500 per annum ⏰ 5 days out of 7 | Straight shifts (start between 12pm-2pm, finish around 10pm when room service ends) About the Role We are currently recruiting for a talented and driven Sous Chef to join the kitchen team at a prestigious 4-star hotel in Bridgwater. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious chef looking to develop their career within a high-quality hospitality environment, with a strong focus on progression and training. The Role: Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen Assist in the preparation and delivery of high-quality dishes across all service areas Supervise and motivate the kitchen team Maintain high standards of food hygiene, presentation, and consistency Contribute to menu development and innovation Ensure smooth and efficient service at all times What We're Looking For: Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up Passion for fresh, high-quality food Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment Commitment to maintaining high culinary standards What We Offer: Salary of £32,500 per annum Straight shifts - excellent work-life balance Shifts generally starting between 12pm-2pm and finishing around 10pm (end of room service) 5 days out of 7 working pattern Excellent opportunity to progress and develop your career Supportive and professional kitchen environment Why Join Us?
