As HR Business Partner, you will support the UK & Ireland Commercial leadership team in talent management, performance management, employee and leadership development, employee relations, change management, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. You will help develop and implement HR strategies aligned with global HR initiatives and organizational goals.
Responsibilities include:
* Consulting with leaders within UK and European regions, focusing on the Commercial business and supporting other lines of business.
* Applying change management strategies to facilitate business transformations.
* Supporting organizational change and design by collaborating with senior management and HR colleagues.
* Partnering across HR functions to deliver value-added services aligned with business objectives.
* Working with Talent & Organizational Capability COE to improve engagement, retention, and effectiveness.
* Managing TUPE projects, including coordination with departments and HR leadership.
* Leading talent management, succession planning, performance reviews, and compensation processes.
* Collaborating with Talent Acquisition for recruitment activities.
* Handling employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and developing Performance Improvement Plans as needed.
* Leading HR or business projects related to organizational structure, culture, rewards, or effectiveness.
* Providing coaching and counseling to employees and management on sensitive issues.
Candidate requirements:
* Senior HR experience in a business-facing role, with expertise in talent management and employee relations.
* Experience in change management and organizational development.
* Availability for a 12-month contract.
