We are looking for a Styling Intern to join us on a 12 month FTC. You will be responsible for supporting Styling with building effective Brand campaign assets and managing the operations and logistics of a number of key productions. We design, manufacture and markets fabrics, wallcoverings and paint globally. Areas of Accountability Creative Vision - Support Styling team to bring creative executions to life. Project Management – Ensuring all of the creative briefs are created for each Marketing Brief and deadlines. Responsibilities. Assist on key shoots. Oversee all product requirements for brand asset creation. Brainstorm creative concepts together with the Lead Stylist. Assist intra-department organization for Creative execution. Assist in organising all marketing materials for upcoming styling projects. Support team in creating briefs for graphic requests, collating assets and copy. Maintain general housekeeping of the marketing digital filing system. Responsible for maintaining supplier relationships by managing prop requests, invoices etc Manage on-set calendar and timings to support lead stylist in smooth running of the project Manage travel and entertaining for production team. Daily administrative tasks to support the styling team. Assisting styling team with presentation of collection in a visual format – sorting collection fabric lengths, boards etc, when required. Get an understanding of the Launch Lifecycle. To deliver all activity and projects to a high standard, in line with Brand expectations. To support the Lead VM Stylist in delivering Brand vision in terms of its creative assets. Measures of Success. Successfully creating and delivering all Creative assets on time and within budget. Cultivate relationships with suppliers and other key stakeholders to achieve the best cost with inspiring product for shoots, Showrooms and Exhibitions. Managing on set schedule to time to ensure all deadlines are met. Connecting with Others. Internal: Design, Marketing, Finance, Merchandising. External: Photographers, Upholsterers/Curtain Makers, Set Builders, Couriers, Home/Lifestyle Brands, Furniture Manufacturers, Key Suppliers. Qualifications. Full Clean Driving License. Undergraduate or recent graduate of a Creative or Marketing degree and/or equivalent. Skills & Experience. A highly self-motivated individual. Well organised with the ability to plan and deliver on tight deadlines with attention to detail. Enjoys working in a team and closely with a number of internal stakeholders. Comprehensive computer skills including Microsoft Office, Adobe suite, a good knowledge of CAD and Google sketch up is beneficial but not essential. Enjoys getting into the detail of a project to ensure all aspects have been covered. Finds new processes of better working practice. Works well under pressure. A creative thinker and problem solver.
