Job Summary
Designs and develops products, collaborates with marketing for commercialization, and works with manufacturing to transition prototypes to production.
Responsibilities
* Research & Evaluation: Assess existing products, gather data, and explore new technologies.
* Tools: Use CAD and analytical tools, maintain technical competence.
* Customer Design: Develop project timelines, select materials, and analyze costs.
* Design: Create product designs, layouts, and detailed drawings supporting cost efficiency.
* Testing: Define testing protocols, collaborate with QA to meet quality standards.
* Quality: Adhere to ISO standards, assist in resolving manufacturing issues.
Basic Qualifications
* Over 2 years of experience in industrial product engineering, Bachelor’s in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical), Master’s preferred.
* Strong communication skills, ability to collaborate across departments and with clients.
