ROLE OVERVIEW
* Support the seamless delivery of identified key patient engagement priorities.
* Maintain, track and continuously improve infrastructure in a growing environment and project management for the patient engagement team .
* Support and m anage (as directed) internal and external relationships in relati on t o key projects and initiatives
* M anage content flow with communications team about Patient Engagement projects and priorities.
KEY REPSONSIBILITIES
* D rive, improve, s upport and project manage ' project infrastructure ' for International Patient Engagement – particularly in e ngagement and advocacy projects;
* Continuously improve, maintain, and support project management processes and organize change management for IPE organization under supervision of designated line manager in Patient and Community Engagement
* Support Veeva and CRC processes as needed – ensure timely updates and flagging of issues as they are identified
* Co-d evelop and execute plan to future-proof the patient correspondence process (VPE) to eliminate the current single-point-of-failure as we diversi f y into multiple therapy areas
* Manage a high volume of required documentation under tight timelines
* Support ongoing company-wide initiatives, including policy development, template standardization and adoption of patient engagement compliancy regulations
* Provide training and support for IPE systems such as Power BI Dashboard and Smartsheet T racker
Required Education Level
Minimum level of education needed
• BA Hons preferred
Required Experience
• Previous experience in patient engagement and advocacy is an advantage
* Experience in working in a biotech/pharma is preferred
Required Knowledge/Skills
* Fundamental u nderstanding of what /how Patient Engagement delivers engagement and advocacy in the biotech industry
* Project management experience and planning ability
* Ability to navigate and collaborate c ross-functional ly at all levels in an international matrixed environment
* Strong written business communication and interpersonal skills with a bility to appropriately convey relevant information and complex messages in a variety of mediums to internal and external audiences

In this Hybrid-Eligible role, you can choose to be designated as:
1. Hybrid : work remotely up to two days per week; or select
2. On-Site : work five days per week on-site with ad hoc flexibility.
