Description
Provide first and second-line IT support to internal and external users.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
Log and manage service requests using the company's ticketing system.
Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment.
Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support when required.
Assist in maintaining system documentation and user guides.
Deliver remote and on-site IT support as necessary.

A successful 1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer should have:
