Early Years Level 5 Trainer - Skills Bootcamps - Evening/Online
The Role
We are recruiting a Level 5 Early Years Trainer for a brandnew contract delivering Early Years Skills Bootcamps in Nursery Management. As a Trainer, you will take ownership of the entire learner journey, ensuring thedelivery of the highest quality training that engages, progresses, and retainslearners in line with the curriculum overview. Your role is pivotal in creatinga positive and impactful learning experience for each individual, fostering acommitment to the principle of "Right Learner, Right Programme,together."
Whilst we can’t promise that every day will be the same, your keyresponsibilities are likely to be:
- Engage learners, providing them with the best onboarding experience,preparing them for learning, and ensuring a comprehensive understanding oftheir program.
- Utilise initial assessment results to establish learners' starting points,planning tailored support and individualisation to progress on the rightprogram.
- Promote safeguarding and prevent practices to ensure learner safety,providing guidance on how to seek help and report concerns.
- Progress learners beyond the standard or qualification through widerlearning, including literacy and numeracy improvement, safety awareness,confidence building, and additional skills for development.
- Provide developmental feedback to learners, guiding them on areas forimprovement and progression.
- Monitor and review learner progress from their starting points, taking actionwhen needed, such as engaging line managers or mentors to agree on plans forthose falling behind or needing stretch and challenge.
- Provide career advice and guidance, discussing next steps and opportunitiesavailable to learners to progress toward their career goals and aspirations.
- Celebrate learners' achievements to engage them in further learning andqualifications available to them.
NB. This role is based on a Monday-Friday contract, however there may be times we require you to work evenings and/or weekends. Time-off will be given in lieu of this.

About You - Relevant Level 5 qualification (orequivalent) in Early Years - essential
- Nursery management (or senior level) experience - essential
- Level 3 Teaching (or equivalent) and Assessor qualifications advantageous
- Proven success in delivering high-quality training provisions
- In-depth understanding of early years sector, curriculum, and safeguardingpractices
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Learner-centric mindset, skilled in tailoring support for individual progress
- Passionate about developing individuals in the early years sector, with aresults-driven and innovative approach
