What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Produce and serve planned menus as allocated by Head Chef
* Supervise and lead front of house team while providing support with plate and pot washing
* Complete food safety documentation and support management where required
* Support with cleaning and hygiene tasks as required by HACCAP food safety policy
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Previous experience in food services role with emphasis on customer service essential
* Excellent all-round food service skills and knowledge
* Proficient in clear and effective communication across various platforms
* Level 2 or above Food Safety Qualification required
