Specialist Occupational Therapist – Liverpool & Surrounding Areas
Hours:22.5 per week, 41 weeks/year (term-time) | Contract: Permanent | Salary: £41,490 FTE (pro-rated £22,681)

What You’ll Do
* Manage your own caseload, working autonomously while collaborating with teachers, school staff, and families.
* Conduct holistic assessments and develop evidence-based therapy programs tailored to each child.
* Provide specialist advice, training, and guidance to staff, parents, and carers.
* Contribute to service development, clinical governance, and innovation in practice.
* Supervise and mentor junior colleagues, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Who We’re Looking For
* Qualified Occupational Therapist, HCPC-registered and RCOT member.
* Experience supporting children in mainstream schools, particularly those with complex needs or Autism Spectrum Conditions.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively.
* Knowledge of assessment tools, outcome measures, and embedding therapy into learning environments.
