About the Role
The Program Supervisor plays a key leadership role in ensuring high‑quality, recovery‑oriented behavioral health services. This position provides clinical oversight and mentorship to designated staff and/or shifts while maintaining a hands‑on presence in service delivery when needed. You’ll partner closely with the Clinical Coordinator and serve as vital support during critical moments—especially within our COPE and LETI programs that intersect directly with community crisis response and law enforcement.

Salary
$52,000+ depending on experience
What You'll Do
* Provide clinical oversight, guidance, and consultation to assigned program staff
* Support direct service staff during crises and critical situations
* Apply knowledge of mental health diagnoses, recovery principles, and cultural competency in daily practice
* Deliver routine supervision and constructive feedback, including 90‑day and annual evaluations
* Ensure services meet best‑practice standards, licensure requirements, and contractual obligations
* Maintain accurate, timely, and high‑quality clinical documentation
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and incident reporting
* Build strong relationships with clients, families, community partners, payers, and agencies
* Assist with orienting and onboarding new program staff
* Utilize systems such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and MyEvolv effectively
* Promote fiscally responsible program operations
* Support program goals in alignment with agency mission, policies, and procedures
* Complete required training and professional development activities
* Perform additional duties as needed to support program success
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:
* High School Diploma plus 2 years of behavioral health experience and Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) certification
* Strong understanding of recovery‑oriented and culturally competent care
* Valid, non‑provisional driver’s license
* Ability to obtain required Pennsylvania clearances
