Why be a Marketing Communications Executive at THG Beauty?

As a marketing communications Executive you will be reporting into the Marketing Communications Manager. The role focuses on delivering engaging and commercial brand communications for Cult Beauty. You have a commercial mind and a creative eye and you ensure all comms, big and small, are always on‑brand. You thrive in a fast‑paced team, are flexible and meet business demands. You excel when collaborating with different teams across the business: Buying & Merchandising, Creative, Copy, eCommerce, Retail Media, and Social.


Responsibilities

* Working closely with teams across the business, especially Buying, Merchandising, Retail Media and Trade to build our monthly on‑site marketing content calendar, aligned with brand marketing campaigns and key commercial moments and launches.
* Own the briefing of on‑site communications and brief creative assets, keeping the customer, Cult Beauty brand and tone of voice in mind for key messages.
* Build strong relationships with brand partners and support the execution of joint marketing activity.
* Work with the Senior Creative Operations Manager to manage the production of creative assets through the Copy & Creative teams, ensuring timely and on‑brand delivery.
* Gather and provide feedback on creative assets following process guidelines; communicate clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
* Work with the eCommerce team to optimise site content for conversion, customer acquisition and engagement; champion improvements and new ideas.
* Collaborate with the Marketing Communications Manager to brief and deliver content landing pages aligned with campaigns and commercial initiatives, focusing on the customer journey.
* Work with the Creative and Social teams to build a monthly shoot calendar, ensuring assets needed for the on‑site content calendar.
* Stay close to industry trends and customer insights to inform campaign and BAU content planning.
* Adapt to a fast‑paced business and manage day‑to‑day changes.


Qualifications

* Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing or similar.
* 1–2 years’ experience in the eCommerce retail space, in a marketing role or similar. Experience in the beauty / wellness industry is preferred.
* Keen interest in the beauty industry.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Attention to detail in written communications, including spelling, grammar and corporate email prose.
* Strong planning skills and ability to organise in a fast‑paced environment, improving efficiencies.
* Ability to prioritise well when handling many tasks with competing deadlines.
