About the role
Exclusive Networks is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is pivotal in driving the execution of multi‑vendor marketing campaigns across the UK&I region and requires strong expertise in digital marketing, campaign logistics, and performance reporting.
Responsibilities
* Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple vendor partners, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timely stakeholder coordination.
* Manage and optimise marketing operations, including CRM workflows, email automation, lead nurturing programs, and internal CMS tools.
* Develop and deliver creative assets such as banners, social media graphics, email headers, and event collateral, ensuring brand and vendor compliance.
* Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting on key metrics such as engagement, conversions, and ROI, with insights to improve future campaigns.
* Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, content, design, and vendor teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and lead follow‑up.
* Support marketing reviews and internal communication, contributing to quarterly and annual performance updates and sharing best practices across teams.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in marketing automation and CRM.
* Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Express for creative asset production.
* Strong understanding of B2B marketing operations and campaign management.
* Excellent project management and organizational skills.
* Analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and performance tracking.
* Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the IT or cybersecurity channel.
* HubSpot experience (e.g., marketing software, email marketing).
