Job Description Please note this is a 12 month FTC In your role as Retail Support Systems Analyst, you will… Deliver a successful transition of data onto tills and other retail systems, supporting the business in menu changes, promotions and price changes. Manage and prioritise workload ensuring 100% success rate on meeting deadlines. Establish good relationships with key stakeholders, especially Food and Marketing Teams, to ensure that the Retail Systems team supports the delivery of key business initiatives within required timescales. Support the delivery of acquisitions and new IT initiatives and integrations to the business through the delivery and build of data. Resolve issues and service calls raised to business SLA thereby ensuring minimum impact to Customer. Act as a BA to perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions. Some travel may be required to meet key stakeholders and visit pubs.
