About the role As an Employment Solicitor, you will be working on your own broad caseload of Employment matters working on behalf of local SMEs, high net worth individuals, national companies and international corporations. As well as this, your other day-to-day duties may include: Drafting legal documentation Conducting legal research Advising clients Creating and maintaining client relationships and supporting partners on their more complex caseloads About You The successful candidate for this Employment Solicitor role will ideally have 0-2 years PQE within Employment law, is able to work well under pressure and has excellent client care skills. If you are at NQ level, you will have ideally completed at least a 6 month seat within Employment Law during your training contract or SQE.
