Responsibilities
* Deliver required and specific clinical tests, observations, and interventions to patients as part of the Community Diagnostic Services team.
* Assist the service team in implementing management of patients and their needs, following established protocols and delivering specified actions.
* Use practice computer systems to input data for recall, screening, and contract purposes with accuracy and efficiency.
* Support the implementation of new initiatives in the delivery of Community Diagnostic procedures.
* Encourage development of integrated services within Primary Care, supporting integrated practice‑based teams and multidisciplinary working.
* Recognise opportunities for partnership with Primary Health and Secondary Care teams, facilitating collaboration.
