You will play an essential role in creating an inclusive, nurturing, and safe environment where every child is encouraged to reach their full potential.
About the candidate
• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent experience)
• Experience of working in early years/KS1/KS2
• Significant experience supporting autistic children /SEN experience
• A patient, resilient, and caring approach
• Enthusiasm and a keen interest in ongoing professional development in the field
of autism
