Are you a graduate or aspiring teacher looking to gain hands-on classroom experience? Teaching Personnel are working with a supportive secondary school in Aldershot who are seeking a proactive Cover Supervisor to join their team from January 2026.
This position is ideal for graduates and unqualified teachers looking to develop their skills in a school environment and gain valuable experience working with secondary-aged students. You will supervise classes across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, delivering pre-prepared lessons and ensuring students remain engaged, focused, and productive.

The Role:
* Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects
* Maintain high standards of behaviour and promote a positive learning environment
* Support learners of varying abilities and report on classroom progress
* Ensure lessons run smoothly during staff absences
* Follow school policies on behaviour, safeguarding, and teaching

* Graduates or unqualified teachers eager to gain practical classroom experience
* Strong communication and classroom management skills
* Confidence working with secondary-aged students (11–16)
* Proactive, reliable, and adaptable approach
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply for one)
